There is something rather special about arriving at a celebration that has already been completely prepared for you.

No tables to arrange. No décor to unpack. No last-minute styling. No clearing everything away afterwards.

At Cozy Moods, much of what goes into your experience happens before you ever arrive.

Whether you’re joining us for an intimate date night, birthday celebration, proposal, bridal shower, baby shower or gathering with friends and family, here’s what you can expect on the day of your luxury picnic in Dubai.

Before You Arrive

While you’re getting ready, we’re already getting everything ready for you.

Our team arrives ahead of your scheduled experience to prepare your chosen location and bring your celebration to life.

Depending on your booking, this may include setting up tables and seating, styling your tablescape, arranging florals and décor, preparing food presentation, positioning umbrellas and lighting, coordinating enhancements and completing our final checks.

Every element is prepared before your arrival so that when you reach your picnic, the experience is ready for you to enjoy.

You simply arrive. We take care of everything else.

Arriving at Your Picnic

Before your experience, we’ll share the information you need to find your location.

Because many of our beach and lakeside experiences take place outdoors, we recommend allowing enough travel time and arriving as close as possible to your confirmed booking time.

This is particularly important for sunset experiences.

Golden hour in Dubai doesn’t wait for anyone, and arriving on time allows you to enjoy the changing light and atmosphere we’ve planned your experience around.

Once you arrive, there’s nothing for you to set up.

Settle in, pour a drink and enjoy.

Your Experience Is Yours to Enjoy

Once your celebration begins, we want you to forget about the setup altogether.

Have lunch.

Stay for afternoon tea.

Toast an anniversary.

Surprise someone you love.

Watch the sunset.

Take far too many photographs.

Or simply sit around the table talking longer than you expected.

Our experiences are designed to give you the setting while leaving space for the moments that happen naturally within it.

What About Food and Drinks?

Your food arrangements will depend on the experience you’ve selected.

Our luxury picnic experiences can include options such as afternoon tea, charcuterie and grazing selections, or more extensive catering depending on the occasion.

For celebrations requiring something more substantial, additional catering options can also be arranged.

If you’ve chosen to provide your own food or catering, we’ll coordinate the relevant details with you beforehand so everything works comfortably within your setup.

If You’ve Added Something Special

Some celebrations call for a little more.

Depending on your booking, your experience may include additional elements such as professional photography or videography, fresh florals, a celebration cake, personalised stationery, balloon styling, live entertainment or enhanced catering.

These details are coordinated ahead of your event and incorporated into the overall experience rather than feeling like separate additions.

If you’ve booked photography or videography, we’ll also help ensure the timing works beautifully with your setting and available natural light.

A Note About Outdoor Locations

Part of the beauty of a Cozy Moods experience is celebrating outdoors.

It also means we’re working with real environments rather than traditional event venues.

Beach locations may have sand, changing tides, wind and other members of the public nearby.

Lakeside settings bring their own natural surroundings and conditions.

We take these factors into consideration when planning your experience, including the season, time of day, weather conditions, accessibility and guest comfort.

This is also why we may occasionally recommend one location or timing over another.

We’re not simply looking for somewhere beautiful.

We’re looking for somewhere that will work beautifully for your particular celebration.

What Should You Wear?

There is no dress code for a Cozy Moods experience.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and like yourself.

For beach picnics, lightweight fabrics and flat footwear tend to work particularly well, while lakeside celebrations are lovely for relaxed garden-party dressing, soft silhouettes and comfortable shoes.

If photographs are important to you, you may also want to consider colours that complement your surroundings or chosen styling.

What Happens if the Weather Changes?

Outdoor experiences naturally depend on suitable weather conditions.

We keep this in mind throughout the planning process and will communicate with you if conditions are expected to affect your celebration.

If unsuitable weather prevents your outdoor experience from going ahead, your booking can be rescheduled in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

Where possible, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rebooking credit remains valid for 60 days and is subject to availability.

When Your Experience Ends

Perhaps the nicest part?

You don’t have to pack anything away.

Once your scheduled experience has finished, you simply gather your personal belongings and continue with your day or evening.

Our team takes care of the rest.

The tables, cushions, tableware, décor and equipment that appeared before you arrived disappear again after you leave.

No loading cars.

No washing glasses.

No folding tables.

No post-party clean-up.

Just the memories.

A Few Things to Remember Before You Arrive

To help your experience run as smoothly as possible:

• Arrive at your confirmed time, particularly for sunset bookings.

• Keep your phone accessible in case our team needs to contact you regarding the location.

• Dress appropriately for an outdoor setting and your chosen location.

• Bring any personal items you may need during the experience.

• Let us know beforehand about important dietary requirements or relevant guest requirements.

• Remember that public beach locations remain public spaces.

• If you’ve arranged a surprise, proposal or special arrival, coordinate the details with us beforehand rather than on the day.
